Discovered a wasp nest yesterday, so called Premier Pest Control this morning. Paul arrived slightly early, assessed the situation and dealt with the problem within minutes, and left with instructions to call him again if the wasps reappeared. He was professional and I felt fully confident in him. Highly recommended. Will certainly use him again if I have any further pest problems.

I rang Paul at 12pm and explained my issue with a wasps nest. Paul arrived by 2.30pm the same day and treated the nest. Paul returned a few days later as I was still seeing wasps, and retreated the nest, he came back within an hour of my calling again! This firm were excellent. I am a vegetarian animal lover and had 4 feral pigeons 18 months ago and didn't understand what I was going to be dealing with...I thought I had about 20 when I called...there was pigeon mess everywhere and they were taking over my outbuildings. Premier came out in the evening and dispatched 41 birds in 2 hours. They were very professional - you couldn't even hear the shots (important as I have kids). Recommend very highly and encourage people not to let their situation get as out of control as mine.

Paul is fantastic, had to reschedule my original booking with him as got contacted by Test and Trace and had to go into self-isolation. He was completely fine with it and when I told him today that I was free to see him, he kept in touch with me and told me whether he would be able to come. Once he knew he could come, he told me he'd be here in an hour (came faster!) and got to work straight away, seeing instant results with my wasp nest. Top professional and very easy to talk to, will definitely be returning to him if I have another pest problem arise. Thanks Paul!

Amazing service. Called early evening and they arrived within minutes. he had finished for the day but he came back with his kit and sorted the problem within about half an hour. Wonderful, understanding professional man. Highest recommendation , I was in full panic and they were brilliant.

Had an issue with mice and rats at a rental property. Paul attended the same day at the time stated. He was very knowledgeable and had solved the issue within a week. He was clear with what i was to expect from him but gave more help than was expected. He went above and beyond to help me and even called in to see how things were on a weekend. I felt confident and trusted him completely. I hope I don't have an issue again but if I do, Paul will be the guy I use.

We had 2 large wasp nests in the loft. Paul and Jamie were excellent - same day service. They removed the nests and odourised the loft space. I would highly recommend them Service was Hornets or wasps

Excellent service, i had a wasps nest holding up some repair work on my roof, so called them this morning and they explained they would be round after the next few jobs. Within a couple of hours he turned up, made a professional assessment of the problem and had it sorted within minutes. Absolutely spot on and wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed.
